Trump Cancels Us and S.korea Military Exercises Again

China and Russia have delayed a US effort at the United Nations to impose sanctions on five North Koreans in response to recent missile launches by Pyongyang, diplomats said.

The motion past Beijing and Moscow came before a closed-door United nations Security Council meeting on Democratic people's republic of korea on Thursday – the second in two weeks – afterward Pyongyang fired tactical guided missiles this week.
